Mi pregunta es la siguiente:
Hay alguna central de las de gama alta que gestione
una estación sin usar el P.C.?

Hola Eloy-v,

Tienes dos opciones:

1.- Commander. Gobernará la estación cuando hagas circulaciones en modo automático controlado por la central. Requiere retromodulos.

2.- Intellibox II. Gobernará la estación en circulación manual. Requiere el Módulo Universal.
